It does not send image files or site data to external services, and it does not make outbound HTTP requests. ## Rakibaad 1. Upload the `broodweb-image-converter` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install it through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen. 3. Navigate to Media > Broodweb Image Converter in the WordPress admin sidebar. 4. Adjust the quality and conversion mode if needed. 5. Use bulk conversion or convert individual image rows. ## SBI ### Does my server need special software? Your server must support WebP output through PHP’s GD extension with `imagewebp()` available, or through Imagick with WebP encoding support. The plugin checks support before conversions run. ### What quality setting should I use? 80 is a practical default for many sites. Product, portfolio, or other visually sensitive photography may benefit from slightly higher values, while thumbnails and simple graphics may work well at lower values. ### What does Replace mode do? Replace mode converts the file, updates WordPress attachment metadata to point to the WebP file, and removes the original file after metadata is updated. This is not reversible inside the plugin, so use it only when you have a backup or know you no longer need the originals. ### What does Keep mode do? Keep mode creates a `.webp` copy alongside the original file and leaves WordPress attachment records unchanged. ### Does the plugin convert thumbnails and other image sizes too? Yes. The converter processes the full-size image and each registered image size found in the attachment metadata. ### Does this plugin send any data externally?
