Visitors to your site see a chat box on their screen and messages are delivered directly to your Slack account. Install “chatlio” plugin via ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. Add your widget ID through the ‘Tools > Chatlio’ menu in WordPress.
