I’ve tried a few knowledge base plugins, but Instant Knowledge Base has been by 
far the easiest and most polished to work with. The modern, mobile-friendly design
looks great on any device, and I love how I can organize articles into clear topics
so visitors find answers fast. The live AJAX search is super quick, and the related
articles feature keeps people reading instead of bouncing away. Setting it up was
painles just a few clicks and my help center was live. The customization options
are solid, and I like that I can control access for certain articles or user roles
when needed. It’s simple, it’s smart, and it’s saved me a ton of time answering 
repetitive questions. Highly recommended!
