Every point earned, spent, reversed or expired is a line the customer can see under** My Account > Points**, so the balance is always auditable and adds up to the last cent. Built natively for **High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)** and the **Blocks checkout**– points apply as a discount right inside the block, and orders are stored the modern WooCommerce way. #### Free features * **Earn points on every order** – configurable rate, on the order status you choose, on the amount actually paid (coupons and refunds handled correctly). * **Redeem points for a cart discount** – works in the classic cart and **natively inside the Blocks checkout**. Points are deducted when the order is placed and returned in full if it is cancelled. * **A transparent ledger** – the balance is the sum of an append-only ledger. Every movement is a visible line in the customer’s “Points” tab. Go to **WooCommerce > Settings > Loyalty** to set your earn rate and redeem value. 4. Customers see their balance and full history under **My Account > Points**. ## SBI ### Does it work with HPOS and the Blocks checkout? Yes, both, natively. Points apply as a discount inside the Blocks checkout. ### How is the balance calculated? The balance is always the sum of an append-only ledger.
