External services

This plugin connects to an external API, which is needed to generate the StoreMind assistants responses to user queries.

It securely sends the WooCommerce REST API Key which you provide. This is used to:

1. Gather your product information and create a database of your product data.
2. Generate 3 WooCommerce webhooks which monitor product additions, updates & deletions.
3. Provide order information for logged in customers of your store.

It securely sends your chosen configuration options (support email / about us page link / custom welcome message) if / when you change them.

It securely sends any user query entered into a StoreMind assistant chat window on your store, along with their user id if they are logged in.

End-user messages may include personally identifiable information (PII) if voluntarily submitted during conversation. No data is stored locally by the plugin.
