I installed this plugin today and my end-users love the result. It gets really slow when I’m logged in to WP-Admin, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Luckily end users are not affected by that.
The developer is super-responsive, even though he hasn’t touched this plugin in 4 years. I contacted him through Google+ this morning and have gotten several replies already.
