Upload news-keywords Folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Fill out the Tags in your Post

Are there any Settings?: There’s no need for settings. Just fill out Tags in your Post and there will be the Google-specific metatag “news_keywords” with these Post Tags in wp_head().
I can’t see a new metatag: Be sure to use wp_head(). If there are no Post Tags, there will be no new metatag.
