- Upload .zip file from “Add New” at admin site in “Plugin” menu OR put unzip folder directly at location “/wp-content/plugins”
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Goto Salesmate Messenger and provide required configuration from your Salesmate CRM Account
